Honoring Pacific Palisades

The Pacific Palisades Historical Society produced a special Centennial Publication, laced with historic photos and articles about the unique history of the Pacific Palisades community from its founding as a modest, Methodist Community to its Post-World War II boom. The Palisades became known for its safe, family-oriented neighborhoods, celebrity residents, lively Village business community, excellent schools, the Pacific Ocean and as a gateway to the Santa Monica Mountains – where the mountains meet the sea. The publication is written by local journalists in collaboration with the Historical Society, accessing their unmatched photo archives.

As part of its on-going community education and outreach, the PPHS produced and mailed this 60 page publication free to every resident in Pacific Palisades.  Yes! An initial Free distribution to the entire Palisades! We have given out all our free copies, but if you missed your copy ….
We still have copies available at $20 each plus $5 shipping and handling. Don’t miss-out getting a copy or additional copies for family and friends. It’s an Historic Publication!
All proceeds go to funding the Centennial Publication, and on-going PPHS education programs and activities.
