Our Family, Our Team
Besides providing free public educational programs, your Pacific Palisades Historical Society Board members speak at local organizations, schools, and businesses. We lead historical hikes, provide historical photos for use upon request when possible, answer questions from our website and the public, and sort and organize historical materials. Currently, the PPHS collection is being scanned and processed for transfer to the Huntington Library where it will be available worldwide. PPHS is assisting in the restoration of the Uplifters Club and the adjoining Rustic Canyon historic Eucalyptus Grove. PPHS, as well, has offered historical documentation and assistance for the adaptive restoration of the celebrated Thelma Todd property on Pacific Coast Highway.
